Being a Survivor Sucks!

Being a survivor sucks!
So many of us remain in an almost hypnotic state of survival.
Sadly, only the minority of people strive to thrive rather than just survive.
How do we become a thrivor rather than merely a survivor?
Being a survivor is woven into our upbringing and even pop-culture as being a good thing!
Yes, it is better to be a survivor than a victim, but surely it would be even better to expect so much more than mere survival?
“You get what you tolerate so raise your standards!” – Tony Robbins
The laws of nature dictate that if you consistently take positive steps/actions towards a goal, then you will successively get closer to achieving that goal.
The problem is that this is where we get in our own way!
We take action, consistently, for a while… and then those little doubts and worries start to play in our minds… before you know it, you are procrastinating about things you need to do at work, your skepticism raises its ugly little head, you are breaking your diet, or you are finding excuses to neglect, or even actively destroy relationships (personal or work-related) that were set to help you achieve your happiness or your goal.
If you desire to be a thrivor rather than a survivor, it would be really helpful to take consistent, disciplined action and then start telling yourself
I know and trust that things will all work out perfectly
I also strongly suggest that you start saying
Everything works out for the best for me, it always does!
On that note, I will tell you something positive that we learned from a guy who I had perceived as a rich bastard...
This guy has had immense financial success all his life. He has tried all sorts of businesses, has “stood on many people’s toes” and gained himself a reputation as being clever and successful but ruthless.
For the sake of anonymity, let us call this guy Harry
Harry is a guy who believes whole-heartedly in his own luck. People who know Harry well often comment on how he always says “I am just a lucky guy, always have been.”
Many who know Harry are downright jealous of his “luck”, be it in business, fishing, or even gambling.
Did Harry attract that luck, or did he create that luck?
To that question my response is this; As my clients know, I prefer to call it
‘The Law of Creation’ rather than ‘The Law of Attraction’
When you have instilled that positive energy of
Everything works out for the best for me, it always does!
Then you tend to be so much more solutions-focused than when you live in an energy of
Why is life always so hard for me?
The mindset of surviving rather than thriving is so much a part of our lives that it affects every facet of our lives, without us even knowing it.
We all need to install a mindset of thriving rather than merely surviving, but for many of us, our background, our history and the background and history of our parents, makes this is a real challenge.
That is not to say it cannot be done!
You are still reading this blog post, and that makes you someone who is looking for new answers to old problems.
Congratulations on being that person and, as a soul-searcher, you may already be a person who prides yourself in having the “mettle” to face up to challenges, the thing is, that there are hidden challenges in the depths of our minds and emotions that we have not yet recognized. Many of us feel out of touch with who we are, let alone what it is exactly that we want out of life.
Spend some time thinking about
  • Who do I dream of being?
Going back to my own Zimbabwean roots, I know that I was programmed to surviving rather than thriving.
If we have not even considered who we dream of being, let alone how… then how can we thrive?
When I began to dare to dream, at the age of 40, I took myself back to Fifo at 14 years old. For me that was an amazing age of closeness to my parents and ever-growing confidence. I was developing an idea of who I was and who I wanted to be. I used to go out on the farm on horse-rides or walks and my busy imagination would get going.
I would conjure up wonderful stories in my mind, sometimes about hunky guys arriving on horse-back and riding off into the distance with me, but more often, it was about me, saving the day! Even as I type this, I am giggling at 14-year-old Fifo and her colourful imagination, but going back to that age and identifying with my childish daydreams, really helped me to remember, for the first time in SO many years, who I had always wanted to be. In being the girl who saved the day, I was basically always the one helping people in distress, I knew how to relate to them and to help them out of trouble.
Remembering that who was extremely emotional I must say. I was, in fact, at the time, in an aeroplane on the way back to Lusaka from Johannesburg and desperately trying to hold back the tears so as to not scare the crap out of the poor unsuspecting dude next to me!
Obviously, for me, this then naturally led into my career choice as a coach but that is not why I want you to do this.
The first step towards thriving is to start getting in touch with that wonderful who that you would love to be.
Go back in your mind, remember your own daydreams, did you play imaginary games? Did you run imaginary stories through your mind? Who did you hope to be?
The great news is that it is never too late to become that person!
Always remember that for the rest of your life - today is the youngest you will ever be and the most experienced you have ever been, so use it wisely!
The best way to achieving you goals is to remember that everything that ever existed began as a
Thought
Grew through
Imagination and creativity
And became a reality through
Commitment to Consistent Action
So, Think  first about Who you want to be use your Imagination and creativity to paint that picture vividly in your mind and Commit yourself to Consistent Action towards becoming that person.
What you want to achieve? Yep... that's important too but will be a hollow victory if you have not first become Who you hope to be!
To truly thrive, I suggest that first you work on your personal development and your health. When those facets of your life are on an upward trend you will feel more inspired, more invigorated and more excited about figuring out exactly how to thrive rather than just survive!
Thanks for reading, stay healthy, get inspired and take action!

Time is The Only Commodity You Cant Ever Earn Back. Here is a Morning Routine to Help You Make The Most Of Every Day!

You've made it through another week!

Well done, but...

Wouldn't it be even better to look back on every week with a sense of accomplishment?

Imagine seeing every weekend not only as a rewarding time to rest and rejuvenate, but also as a reward in itself... just because you KNOW that you made the most of every day during your week!

Time is the ONLY commodity that you can never earn back!

Every day wasted... is gone!

Now that I have pointed that out, don't you DARE waste even more precious time on regret and sadness!

How can you become great at making the most of each and every day that you are blessed to be alive?

One of my favourite tools to set up powerful & productive days, is my morning routine

Last week I suggested an evening routine that clears your mind, settles you into a GREAT night's sleep and sets your intentions for an excellent tomorrow.

This week, let's look at how to start your day, to reinforce those intentions, clear your mind, and make the very most of each and every moment!

  • The best time to wake up is at 5am (at the latest)... or earlier! But WAIT... Don't run away! I can hear you screaming, groaning and gnashing your teeth (and some of you telling me EXACTLY where to go) You can break into this gently! If you don't already wake at 5 then just start waking 45 minutes to an hour earlier than usual.
  • For the first 5 minutes, as you are still in that beautiful, sleepy state of mind... be sure to push any negative or fearful thoughts away, and remember the gratitude that you focused on last night? (As per last weeks email)... consciously contemplate those things you are grateful for, and consciously FEEL that gratitude. While snuggling in the warmth of your cozy bed, remember that being alive is reason enough for gratitude. Take 3 long deep breaths and sit up!
  • While still in your bed, sit comfortably with a nice straight back and take 10 more long deep breaths. Remember to breathe in through your nose, hold for a few seconds and then exhale through your mouth. Every exhalation should be slightly longer and slower than your inhalations. This puts you in a calm and empowered state of mind.
  • After your deep-breathing routine, spend another 10 to 15 minutes meditating/contemplating... again on all that you are grateful for. Those of you that are going "EEEEK Fifo I can't meditate, I can't stop my busy, crazy brain!" just remember this... If that is what you tell yourself... then so it will be! I hear you - meditating is tricky! I used to think that I would NEVER be able to quiet my own thoughts until I was reminded that our thoughts don't just happen to us.. we create them! The trick to NOT getting frazzled by your own thoughts, is to calmly "watch them," take note of what they are, acknowledge them ever so briefly and release them. To release them, all you need do is to "see" that thought in your minds-eye, and then imagine it floating away. This practice helps you to get better at controlling your thoughts. As those thoughts float away, consciously bring your mind back to those blessings in your life for which you are grateful and again... really FEEL that gratitude.
  • The next step (10 minutes) is to check the to-do list that you wrote last night. Read through it, and then, spend a few minutes visualizing yourself absolutely CRUSHING your 3 main priorities for the day. Imagine how you will go about accomplishing these priorities and then vividly imagine how great you feel for having accomplished them! Your mind doesn't know the difference between imagination and reality... and once you have done something once... your mind finds it easier to do that again... do the math girl! This is like having a super-power, and it's all yours!
  • So far, you have used up approximately 30 minutes. Now is your opportunity to grow your mind. Read an uplifting book that teaches or inspires you, or listen to an audio book... this is no time for social-media or TV! Do this for 15 minutes
  • For those of you who have added a whole hour onto your morning (You little over-achievers you) you still have 15 minutes to spare! This would be a great time for moving your body! Whatever you prefer, be it yoga, skipping, simple stretches or a challenging core workout, these 15 minutes will really help you set up yourself for an energized and sparkling day!

Now you have used up an hour, if you already have a spiritual/prayer routine, then carry on as usual after you have filled this hour. You will find that you have opened your heart and mind to carry out this routine with more meaning and gratitude than ever!

Take note... for the first hour of your day, you have NOT looked at social media, you have NOT replied to emails... instead, you have granted yourself the gift of self-care. You have shown yourself enough respect to give yourself time!

If you would like to shed weight and learn how to manage your mind for lasting results, then book a free intro call with me here... I would really love to meet with you online, in that call, we can get to the bottom of what is holding you back!

Change The Way You See Yourself | Tony Robbins, Les Brown, Jim Rohn 2020

Lock-Down Layers Are REAL... And... It's Not Too Late or Too Difficult To Get Motivated Again!

The anxiety around lock-down, around Covid-19, around online schooling and of course the added housework due to having everyone at home all the time took it's toll on me too!

Yes, we have all loved the extra time with our kids but shucks it was a reminder that when they are away at school or at uni... so is their messiness!

A 16 year old son and a 21 year old son can eat... constantly...

And their version of "yes I have cleaned up after myself" left me questioning my parenting skills, and worrying how on earth they had become so alarmingly blind to the mess they can make!

Then of course... like so many Moms all over the world... I just picked up the slack...

I did more housework, I nagged my son to keep up with his schoolwork... (Teachers I love and appreciate you now more than ever!)

I kept on coaching and marketing and handling all the requirements of my business, I cleaned, and cooked, and shopped and... the list goes on!

I just took on more, and more

Sound familiar?

What happens when you just keep taking on more?

You give less time and care to yourself right?

Exercise takes too much time out of your day!

Keeping up your healthy meals just seems like its not a necessity right now. (Crazy when health is more relevant than ever right?)

Perhaps healthy foods just seem too expensive when your income has halved or worse... stopped!

These problems are real! I felt them too!

What I love about coaching, is that every challenge I face gives me an opportunity to meet it and beat it so that I can coach my beloved clients to do the same!

As I recover from the challenges of lock-down myself, my coaching around anxiety, weight, immune-boosting and lock-down-recovery is getting such great results.

Managing your mind makes weight-release SO much easier and SO much more fun!

My advice to you is this

First: Forgive yourself - this is no time for regret and self-loathing. It achieves nothing so don't look back, look forward with excitement and determination!

Second: Make your daily exercise a priority, whether it is your walk, or a run, or yoga (whatever exercise you love), make it non-negotiable. Remember that if you do not fill your own cup... then all you are offering to others... is an empty vessel!

Third: Develop an evening routine that will help you create a better tomorrow (literally)

Ensure that for the last 15 to 30 minutes before bed, you do not have your face in any screen at all!

  • Get a note-book/journal.
  • Write your to-do list for the next day
  • In that list, highlight the 3 most important priorities of the day
  • Take a moment to visualize how you will go about achieving those 3 things, and how great you will feel about those things once accomplished!
  • At the back of that book, start a gratitude list and every night you must add at least 3 new things that you are grateful for.
  • Take time to really ponder those things and FEEL that gratitude
  • As you drift off to sleep – “set your intention” on thinking about that gratitude 1st thing in the morning as you wake up.

Next week I will talk about why that gratitude is SO vital to living your best life, and I will also send some tips about developing a morning routine that will catapult your days forward to success and health!

As soon as I see that you have booked a time, then I will email you to confirm the details of how we can chat!

Slots for these Free Calls fill fast so HURRY!

Don't waste time being mad with yourself for that added lock-down layer. Remember that...

The only things from your past that belong in your future are the love in your heart and the lessons that you've learned.

So hold on to that love and those lessons and don't waste time on regret!

Look forward with excitement, and decide to create a beautiful day, one day at a time, every day. Those beautiful days stacked up, become beautiful weeks, marvelous months, remarkable years and an extraordinary life!

When it comes to the story of your life, you can write one that is worth remembering!

There is an underlying Root-Cause That is Affecting Your Weight!

There is an underlying Root-Cause That is Affecting Your Weight!
And the thing is, until you have got to the root-cause of why you have struggled to shed weight or why you cant maintain your ideal size, then you will keep repeating the same old patterns over and over again.
Nowadays I easily maintain my ideal size at 64 kilo's. It's a natural no-stress way of life and I had FUN getting there! I feel energized and healthy and my family ALL tell me that I look 10 years younger now, than I did 10 years ago! Best of all... I FEEL 10 years younger and am more at-peace with myself than I have been since I was 15 years old!
It wasn't always like that..
At my heaviest I weighed in at something over 100 kilo's (I jumped off the scale as the numbers were still racing upwards... because I really didn't want to know!) My health was a mess, I was pre-diabetic, peri-menopausal (don't those night-sweats take their toll?) and in constant physical pain from old back-injuries that simply could NOT cope with the weight on my body.
I have never felt so low. I felt like I had let my husband down, I felt like I had let my kids down and I knew that I had let myself down, but I was SO confused!
I believed that I had tried every diet and every type of exercise and that the problem was ME.... I believed that I was weak willed and that for me, weight loss was always going to be SO hard!
So how did I change that? I researched and learned and studied and began to uncover the root-cause of what MY weight problems were. Then I used a combination of NLP techniques and physical strategies that reprogrammed my mind and my body for lasting weight-release that felt natural and painless. Now I easily maintain a healthy lifestyle that I LOVE and I never feel like I am hard-done-by!
Now, I coach clients all over the world to achieve those same results and we are having SO much fun and they are achieving the most amazing results.
"Fiona, You opened my eyes. You have made me believe in myself. My physical transformation occurred due to the change in my mental state. I am stronger not just physically, but emotionally too & that is what I have been "searching" for all my life! Thanks for believing in me & teaching me how to love myself & take back control... Positive affirmations & Micro-Wins!— Bianca (Holland)
"15 kg down and counting! Best of all was that even after a weekend of over-indulgence with friends, I managed to get straight back "on track" without the usual self-loathing that I would have had before.... and I didn't even gain weight!"— Zen (Botswana)

Using willpower to transform your body is not sustainable!

Using willpower to transform your body is not sustainable!
The very idea that willpower is required shows that an approach of prohibition/restriction is still your subconscious approach to weight-release.

Statements like “I can’t just stop at 1” or “I can’t resist snacking at night” are NOT helping you!
Change your words!

The first time I heard about the Minnesota Starvation Experiment, I was fascinated! As a coach and a recovered Anorexic and then binge-eater/compulsive eater & Yo-yo dieter who grew larger and larger over a period of 30 years; the psychological effects on the subjects of this experiment were all too familiar!

Wikipedia tells us:
“The Minnesota Starvation Experiment, also known as the Minnesota Semi-Starvation Experiment, the Minnesota Starvation-Recovery Experiment and the Starvation Study, was a clinical study performed at the University of Minnesota between November 19, 1944 and December 20, 1945. The investigation was designed to determine the physiological and psychological effects of severe and prolonged dietary restriction and the effectiveness of dietary rehabilitation strategies.”

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Minnesota_Starvation_Experiment

This experiment is one of the best examples to show us what happens when we restrict foods and how our body reacts to starvation.
For me, however, the fascination was about the psychological effects that prohibition has and the effects that it has on a person’s actions.

In this experiment, a group of young healthy young men, with no prior history of weight issues or issues with diet and health, were put on a severely calorie restricted diet for an extended period of time.
The subjects all reported the following psychological responses.
An obsession with food – to the point that they could think of little else
Irritability, depression, irrationality
After the calorie restrictions were lifted, it was reported by every single participant that he had

Maintained an unhealthy obsession with food for a long time after the experiment was concluded
Gained large amounts of weight for a period of at least 2 years after the experiment was concluded.

Why is this relevant to us “Dieters”
Dieters fill their minds with what they can’t have (just as those guys in the experiment did). This is because food (or at least as much food as they desired) was prohibited.
Dieters make statements like;
I am not allowed…………..
I mustn’t have…………
I must cut out………..
If I just get a strict regime that tells me every day what to eat and when to eat it… then I am really good at sticking to that!

As far as this last statement is concerned… if that were the truth then you wouldn’t be battling with your weight now!

You would have released it all long back and maintained that size long term, but that is not what has happened… is it?

Instead, you have been on a “lost and found” mission in which you got better and better at “finding” that weight, every time you lost it!

How do you change this?
What you should NOT do
You should NOT approach weight-release from a “prohibitive” angle.
You should not implement a plan that is too strict or restrictive.
You should not implement a plan that is regimented and inflexible.
You should not be “consumed” by sticking to the plan
You should not panic or worry that eating is going to add weight to your body
You should not panic or worry that eating will stop you from releasing weight from your body.
You should not worry that you are not doing enough to release your weight.
You should not fill your mind with what you can’t have
You should not punish yourself to achieve a goal.

What SHOULD you do?
Yes… you do need to implement a lifestyle that creates weight-release.
Yes… that includes eating the right types and amounts of food.
Yes… that includes exercising and burning more calories than you consume as much as possible
It also includes LOVING the process, celebrating your new habits as a life-long change.
Understand that the occasional naughty treat must not make you feel guilty, instead you mentally take note of how yummy it was and then tell yourself that you will burn those calories EASILY and it won’t add a gram of fat to your body. Also tell yourself that it was SO satisfying that at least your desire for another naughty treat is now gone…for a long time!
Fill your mind with the great and yummy healthy foods that you CAN have and mentally celebrate how exciting that is, and how blessed you are, to be able to have that healthy food!
Remind yourself every single day that your body has done SO much for you… If you have borne children– remember that If it wasn’t for your body – then that fabulous family of yours would not be here. This should be enough to remind you every day that you owe your body love and gratitude and the best way to give that love and gratitude is by taking care of it. If you have not borne children then remember that if it wasn’t for your body – you would not be here, you would not have held, hugged and cared for your loved ones, you would not have got up every day and taken yourself to where you need to be or, performed any tasks ever for that matter.
Remember every day that your body has been SO forgiving – even though you have not always treated it well it still always strives to recover and achieve wellness.
You should implement a plan that works and that you know you CAN sustain for the rest of your life! That’s what a lifestyle is, as opposed to a diet.
You should also fill your mind with excitement and belief, every day about the SUCCESSFUL RESULTS that you WILL achieve! (Talk down and replace any doubts that surface about achieving those results)
Remember that PROHIBITION always has an opposite effect on your mind. All through history in all sorts of different contexts, from alcohol to religion – there are examples that show us that prohibition only makes something more desirable.
Represent your new healthy lifestyle in your mind as a fun and exciting opportunity to create weight release and health.
Every time thoughts pop up about what you should NOT have, then calmly acknowledge them and remember how to use your words….
Yes, I do love treats AND what I love EVEN MORE is reclaiming my body and I love the health, longevity and sense of wellbeing that it gives me too.

Then… while saying those GOOD things to yourself, imagine them as a picture in your mind.
Fill your mind with belief that your body is working WITH you to release all the extra weight you are carrying.
TELL yourself every single day and as many times a day as possible, that the extra fat is MELTING OFF YOUR BODY and again picture that beautiful result in your mind.

Make this practice a habit, soon your mind goes “OOOOOH… well if that’s what’s happening then I know what to do” and then it aligns your actions accordingly and even gets your body to start burning that fat!
Remember… every single function of your body is driven by your brain, your mind… give your mind the right instructions and it will do as you tell it to.

Remember always that sugar is toxic, and your body deserves better!
Remember that all carbs become sugar in your system… ESPECIALLY processed carbs.
Remember that there is nowhere in nature that sugars, and fats occur together… think about what that means.
Remember to use your words to train yourself to LOVE healthy food even more than naughty treats.

Remember always that this must be about life-long change!

This must be about YOU understanding food and understanding YOUR body and what suits YOUR body and YOUR life!

This must be about you totally transforming your worrisome and fretful relationship with food.

If I simply start you a plan about what to eat and when to eat it… then none of that changes.
All that does is uphold your belief that your body will not co-operate with you and release that weight without prohibition and stringent rules. Then after every holiday away, after every Christmas, every Easter you just have to deal with your old “demons” as usual and will find yourself punishing yourself by eating more AGAIN!

This is about changing within, to then support the physical strategies (nutrition and fitness in YOUR life).

This is up to you to absorb ALL the information and develop a plan that You can not only live with, but love and to repair your body so beautifully that over-eating on those occasions is just not a big deal and you get back-on-track quickly, easily and without regret!

Remember that focusing on what you PUT INTO YOUR BODY is not just about being aware that unhealthy treats are not good for your body – that is indeed one aspect but whenever you do turn down those treats I want you to also mentally celebrate by doing 2 things…

Thing 1: Picture yourself at your ideal size and glowing with health and vitality – and feel really positive about that result
Thing 2: Picture the next healthy food that you WILL be eating and tell yourself how excited you are and how blessed you are that you have that to look forward to AND that it will be TOTALLY guilt-free – literally a celebration of yumminess and health!

Learn how to take the power OUT of the hands of ANY diet and put it directly into YOUR hands.

What you should NOT do
·       You should NOT approach weight-release from a “prohibitive” angle.
·       You should NOT implement a plan that is too strict or restrictive.
·       You should NOT implement a plan that is regimented and inflexible.
·       You should NOT be “consumed” by sticking to the plan
·       You should NOT panic or worry that eating is going to add weight to your body
·       You should NOT panic or worry that eating will stop you from releasing weight from your body.
·       You should NOT worry that you are not doing enough to release your weight.
·       You should NOT fill your mind with what you can’t have
·       You should NOT punish yourself to achieve a goal.

What SHOULD you do?
·       Yes… you do need to implement a lifestyle that creates weight-release.
·       Yes… that includes eating the right types and amounts of food.
·       Yes… that includes exercising and burning more calories than you consume as much as possible
·       It also includes LOVING the process, celebrating your new habits as a life-long change.
·       Understand that the occasional naughty treat must not make you feel guilty, instead you mentally take note of how yummy it was and then tell yourself that you will burn those calories EASILY and it won’t add a gram of fat to your body.
Also tell yourself that it was SO satisfying that at least your desire for another naughty treat is now gone…for a long time!
·       Fill your mind with the great and yummy healthy foods that you CAN have and mentally celebrate how exciting that is, and how blessed you are, to be able to have that healthy food!
·       Remind yourself every single day that your body has done SO much for you… If you have borne children– remember that If it wasn’t for your body – then that fabulous family of yours would not be here.
·       Remember every day that your body has been SO forgiving – even though you have not always treated it well it still always strives to recover and achieve wellness.
·       You should implement a plan that works and that you know you CAN sustain for the rest of your life!
That’s what a lifestyle is, as opposed to a diet.

·       You should also fill your mind with excitement and belief, every day about the SUCCESSFUL RESULTS that you WILL achieve! (Talk down and replace any doubts that surface about achieving those results)
·       Remember that PROHIBITION always has an opposite effect on your mind.
All through history in all sorts of different contexts, from alcohol to religion – there are examples that show us that prohibition only makes something more desirable.
·       Represent your new healthy lifestyle in your mind as a fun and exciting opportunity to create weight release and health.

·        Every time thoughts pop up about what you should NOT have then calmly acknowledge them and remember how to use your words…. Yes, I do love treats AND what I love EVEN MORE is reclaiming my body and I love the health, longevity and sense of wellbeing that it gives me too. Then… while saying those GOOD things to yourself, imagine them as a picture in your mind.

·       Fill your mind with belief that your body is working WITH you to release all the extra weight you are carrying.
·       TELL yourself every single day and as many times a day as possible, that the extra fat is MELTING OFF YOUR BODY and again picture that beautiful result in your mind. Make this practice a habit, soon your mind goes “OOOOOH… well if that’s what’s happening then I know what to do” and then it aligns your actions accordingly and even gets your body to start burning that fat.
Remember… every single function of your body is driven by your brain, your mind… give your mind the right instructions and it will do as you tell it to.

·       Remember that sugar is toxic, and your body deserves better!
·       Remember that all carbs become sugar in your system… ESPECIALLY processed carbs.

·       Remember that there is nowhere in nature that sugars, and fats occur together… think about what that means.

·       Remember to use your words to train yourself to LOVE healthy food even more than naughty treats.

Remember always that this is about life-long change!

This is about YOU understanding food and understanding YOUR body and what suits YOUR body and YOUR life!

This is about you totally transforming your worrisome and fretful relationship with food.

If you simply start yet another diet which tells you exactly what to eat and when to eat it… then nothing changes.
What that does do, is uphold your belief that your body will not co-operate with you and release that weight without prohibition and stringent rules.

Then after every holiday away, after every Christmas, every Easter you just have to deal with your old “demons” as usual and will find yourself punishing yourself by eating more AGAIN!

This must be about changing within to then support the physical strategies (nutrition and fitness) that you implement in your life.

This is up to you to develop a plan that You can not only live with, but love.

Remember that focusing on what you put in is not just about being aware that unhealthy treats are not good for your body – that is indeed one aspect, but whenever you do turn down those treats I want you to also mentally celebrate by doing 2 things…

Thing 1: Picture yourself at your ideal size and glowing with health and vitality – and feel really positive about that result
Thing 2: Picture the next healthy food that you WILL be eating and tell yourself how excited you are, and how blessed you are that you have that to look forward to AND that it will be TOTALLY guilt-free – literally a celebration of yumminess and health!
